Sima Health Care provides nonmedical, properly maintained vehicle transportation for day programs, out-door activities, and other appointments. Our drivers have current AZ driver’s license, fingerprints, and are background checked. The vehicles are all insured.
We also offer a private pay transportation options for families without transportation authorization from the Division of Developmental Disabilities
Sima Health Care provides specialized sensatory motor, cognitive, communication, social interactions and behavioral training. These services are focused on engaging the client to reside and participate successfully in the community independently.
Our Adult Day Program (DTA), After School Program (DTT), Summer School Program (DTS) are community based that is designed to promote and elicit maximum potential of every client through our teaching, role modeling, demonstration, hands-on training, discussion, fitness activities and volunteering works in charity organizations. All our programs are uniquely tailored for each client to attain independence in problem solving, personal safety, communication, community awareness, computer skill, building self esteem, personal hygiene etc. Every month we celebrate, appreciate and reward our clients for participation in the program/activities, for being respectful and for perfect attendance.

Sima Health Care offers adults and children developmental homes that include many services like home-cooked meals, bedding, medication management, 24/7 surveillance with licensed health professionals, and much more.
Sima Health Care offers Attendant, Habilitation and Respite Care services in the family home or community for all ages and abilities. We start by meeting with you to find out how we can provide the best care for you or your loved one. We will match you with a trained provider that meets your needs or hire an eligible friend/family member of your choice to be your provider.
We provide assistance in non-medical interventional activities for daily living. Sima Health Care staff assist in feeding, dressing bed, cooking nutritional meals, shopping, storing, maintaining clean environments for the consumers, providing attention to injury/skin integrity, illness and self-medication.
We provide a variety of activities, materials that are designed to increase and maintain an individual’s skill in self help, motor skill, communication, socialization, making good life choices, daily living, self esteem and others
Sima Health Care provides respite services for temporary relief to primary caregivers, while providing a a safe environment for the clients. We provide supervision to the client either in or outside of the home, as well as give emotional, physical and moral support to him or her.
We offer Group Supported Employment (GSE), Employment Support Aide (ESA) and Individual Supported Employment (ISE). ESA and ISE are individualized employment in the community with a job coach to assist with applying, interviewing and maintenance of job. These are carefully selected, safe environments of employment, giving every opportunity for individual to flourish and use his/her social skills.
We assist with job searches, processing applications, conducting mock interviews, giving tips on dress and presentation as well as building an individual’s resume. We coach and provide the clients the opportunity to develop skills, abilities and behaviors to gain full employment. After employment is secured, we follow up weekly with both the individual and the employer to provide any on-going support.
